Yes, I've contacted them already they are still awaiting response from the back end team, it has been over a week. I think they are trying to see if I have any recourse legally, because eBay simply just does not care and will screw over sellers.

They have the power to refund, all those and remove the metrics it has been done before from the past forums, they are just choosing not to.
