USPS kiosk change

Has anyone had issues using USPS kiosk lately. I’ve noticed that it will not allow me to scan prior to dropping to prove that USPS has received item.
Sent item to old address...how can I correct?

We have had the same issue and it seems to be getting worse instead of better. Wondering if you have had recent luck? Ebay tells me it is a “bug” and they’re “working on it”. It’s making me very anxious.
