What if they ship in my estimated delivery date, do I wait for the item or can I dispute even tho it’s shipping? Thanks

I see on eBay more GoPro hero 10 with different accounts/user selling the same GoPro for 200-215$ with low feedback/sold items as well which is obviously a scam.

Even though they put in the description that they will ship out on august 25-27? Will that give eBay evidence for them not to accept my dispute/not received case?

Because he has low rating and selling it for 85$ cheaper then regular price+ his rating is low, and I contacted him and this is what he said.
