Yup, had this happen to me back on 7/31. Shipped a package that day.
That night I get a message from Ebay not to ship the package to the
buyer. He is no longer a registered user... It was too late; my package

doesn't "recognize the transaction". Just crazy! He has the product! I

I have also lost many of my unsold items. Just went to double check on
some of them to update some of the information & they are no longer
there. This is crazy. They are completely gone. I can't even find them
by the item #. So much work ahead of me.
It has happen to me in the past also. I called Ebay customer service.
Pointed out that I never went over my 250. Requested that they refund me
the amounts on each & every month that it happened. They did. It is
worth your time and effort to do so.
