Just Had A Purchase From Someone Who Is No Longer a Registered User?

So, this is a first for me. I just had a purchase of an item for over $120. Paid and printed the label and when I went to leave feedback the person is showing in all RED as NO LONGER BEING A REGISTERED USER? What Should I do in this situation? Cancel?

That's odd, then, because in my case I got the message less than an hour after the sale was made. I actually saw the message before I saw the sale itself.

The other thing to mention is the item she purchased for $115 plus, an antique hand fan. Not what your typical scammer would be looking for in my book.

@djsgalaxy488

Put the Proof of Delivery into the Claim and note specifically that the address you shipped to is the address eBay gave you (and by extension that the NARU buyer gave eBay).

EBay may already have this information.

So what.

Do it anyway.

And you might want to keep the employees assigned to social media involved -- not the subcontracted phone clerks.

You want them to have a case number and you will have a transcript of every Chat, which you can use both to review what you are told and what you were promised.
