I accidentally clicked on paid when a buyer did not pay.. I do not see anywhere to undo this. Any ideas suggestions etc? Thanks so much!!

Ok, so I recieved one bid on an item & they paid this afternoon and immediately left me feedback saying that the copy of the game they recieved was cracked.. the problem is that I haven't even printed out the shipping label let alone shipped the game...
