App doesn’t work with 3G 4G on my iPhone X.the phone is updated, the app is updated. It only works with the WiFi

Th app is not working in my 2 phones, iPhone X and iPhone 8. Both are updated and the app is updated too.i tried with WiFi and with 2 different sim cards of 2 different carrier
