Th app is not working in my 2 phones, iPhone X and iPhone 8. Both are updated and the app is updated too.
i tried with WiFi and with 2 different sim cards of 2 different carrier

Thanks for the report. Please verify in your phone settings that eBay app has cellular data turned on.
