So I sold a pretty high priced item ($200) on January 24, shipped the
next day and even got signature confirmation and made sure I got a
receipt from the post office that I dropped it off. It's been 16 days
and the delivery status has not updated say...
There's no option to return the item, just a full or partial refund.
Feel like she's scamming me because according to her she spent "$30" and
she didn't complain until a week after delivery. I feel as though this

Ok so this person did open a NAD case but the thing with those cases is
there isn't a return option, the buyer just keeps it if I refund. But
that article was sooo helpful, I've linked it and pointed it out to her
that it's not a product guarantee. H...
