Wm Rogers platter pls Help

This was my moms. The stamp says wm Rogers with an eagle in front and a star after letters. I have not found the floral edge pattern anywhere. I assume it’s silver plate but the pattern is unique? It is 14.5” across. Any info is appreciated!!

A buyer asked to return an item and I approved it but they didn’t actually request a return thru their dashboard. How do I get a credit on seller fees if they don’t request the return. They already mailed the item . the fees were $12 so I would like ...

Item is not what buyer thought so he wants to return it. this is my first return in years. I am willing to receive the return however he wants his refund when he sends me the tracking #....shouldn't I wait to make sure my item isn't returned damaged ...
