After the latest app update, I can no longer pay using PayPal. The app let's me select PayPal as payment and allows me to login to PayPal, however when it brings me back to eBay screen, the button to submit the order is still grayed out. Web version ...

Dear eBay Why do you continue to turn the "Events and Offers" back on even after I turn it off? This is a terrible practice on your part and you are doing a great disservice to your users. Please discontinue this very annoying practice!!!!!!

eBay-why do you continue to re-enable the Events and Offers checkbox time and time again after I uncheck it. If it's so annoying and I don't want to see your lousy offers! Please stop doing this!!!!!
