Dear eBay

Why do you continue to turn the "Events and Offers" back on even after I turn it off?

This is a terrible practice on your part and you are doing a great disservice to your users.

Please discontinue this very annoying practice!!!!!!

Do you have this turned off in your account communication preferences? Mine is off and has never been turned back on.

Yes I have it turned off in communication preferences.

Other users also complain about turning this off and then having it go on again.

I have turned it off at least 6 times and it continues to come on

eBay-you stink big time. My events and offers was turned back on again.

Fix this **bleep** annoying issue!!!!!

eBay cannot fix this problem as it is pretty much obvious that the Marketing Department has way more power than the IT people and therefore also the customers that use eBay. My EVENTS and OFFERS box was just checked again for me today by the server fairy eBay says they can't find.

I've been using another eBay Community forum page on the subject for about a year and a half. 

It continues to be unsuccessful also.
