Why is their no negative impact when buyer doesn't pay? Non-payment
doesn't show up in their profile and you can no longer leave a negative
for non-payment. The only option for a seller is to cancel the order
Does anyone have a clear understanding on the need to collect sales tax?
I am selling personal items--this is like an on-line garage sale for
me--and expect to make about 5K this year.
I have cancelled the transactions and then I have gone back a day later
to the "buyer's" info and there is nothing there that gives them a
negative review or records a non-payment.
