you said they required to have SSN, but are they required to have photo ID as well?

so that really means we shouldn't just upload the ID to ebay, right? I don't understand the logic that the more hacks the more information we should provide to ebay...

now my issue is, they hold my 900$ unless I upload ID. What can I do to get my money back? I have a big concern for them to save my ID on their server
