A customer from Canada made a purchase today from me and when I went to
print the shipping labelI saw ebay charged the customer the wrong
amount.The customer paid for first class international $3.33 the actual
shipping cost is $9.50.I checked my list...

package thick envelope like my listing has and it also showed the
