Ebay has sent me an email when I can escalate an open case. Just had to click on the case details link in the email. But there is only two options Send a message to the seller and Close this request. There is no option to Respond to case >> Esxcalate...

Hi, I have not receive an item purchased on Ebay for months. Have contacted the seller but he never replied. Well I contacted Ebay about it.. After some weeks they now told me that I can Escalate the Case but the option is not there (see attachment)....
