Today when I printed Order details the results had new information (Shipping instructions) which resulted in important information on the right side to be missing. This missing information included Order number, Sales record number, Subtotal (cost of item sold), Shipping, Sales tax, Order total, What you earned (Order total, eBay colected from buyer Sales tax, Selling costs Transaction fees) and Order earnings. I tried rotating the form but this essential information was still missing. Is there some way I can get the new and unnecessary Shipping instructions removed so that I can print an order showing all pertinent information?

This has been a constant problem. Sometimes all the Order Details will fit on one page and other times to get it to fit on one page it has to be reduced by up to 90% and that makes the report useless.
All of the new Shipping information is not helping. It seems to push off the right blocks of Text and they don't print. When it is acting up I use some computer procedures I know to print it out in a useful format. It is time consuming and I should not have to do that. The reports should just print.
I did the survey at the bottom of the page to let eBay know the page is not printable in a useful format.
Today I am getting this, two pages.
Yesterday the right Text Blocks were completely pushed off the page.

After some computer editing I was able to get everything onto one page again.

Today I discovered that clicking the up pointing arrow at the top of shipping information removed the shipping information. That is a relief, as it meant there was a normal order to print.

Yea, that helps to hide the unneeded information. By collapsing the shipping information and reducing the scale I am able to get the entire Order Details on one page. This is just for a single order with one item. With multiple items then of course there would be multiple pages.
I do not find that eBay offers a Print Option for the Order Details. I always use the system print option by right click mouse and select print. Mostly I can adjust settings within the print menu to get a one page report or at least get everything to print on multiple pages without loosing any data. Once I have the settings as needed I print the page and then save it as a PDF file. Lately it has become more complex to get a complete printed report.
How are you printing your Order Details? Maybe there is a easier way then how I have been doing it.

I am printing the same way you are. I also do not see eBay offering a Print option for the order details, which might be a good way to fix the data truncation problem.

There is a procedure to print the Order Details but I have not been able to find the printer version option it mentions.
A packing slip is a receipt summarizing the details of the sale. You can print one by choosing Print packing slip on the Manage shipping labels page.
You can also print out the full order details for the item:
