I live in the US and trying to buy in the uk. When I try to check out
the payment options say paypal credit not available. The seller says she
does accept pp credit and someone just used it today. Help! Please
I'm going to quit using ebay all together due to this new way to pay.
Depending on the amount I spend, I have to be able to choose how I pay.
PayPal credit, pay in 4, or straight out of my bank. Unless this changes
I won't be using ebay.
