I received a message on the 8th say that eBay is allowing the buyer to
return the item, and that I didn't have to do anything else. Then one
day later I got a message from eBay saying that eBay is giving the buyer
a refund and they don't have to send...
Buyer said he only received the packaging inside a plastic bag from the
USPS apologizing for the damaged package. Tracking shows delivered , not
sure if I should give a refundDo I have to give a refund ,if the
tracking shows delivered. Ty
