I am running into that issue as well. I chatted with eBay and they said
it is a reported problem and should be fixed within 24-48 hours. In the
meantime, I went in and adjusted the price to the offer price and the
buyer bought it that way.
Same problem. I went into PayPal and changed my billing method from
PayPal credit to my credit card and that worked. I was able to print
both labels after that.
