Item sold, not rcvd, money refunded, item arrived, BIN for buyer to repay, how to show shipped

Everything went smoothly but trying to notify eBay that buyer has item so that shipping is not an issue and held against me.

I've recently been switched to eBay processing of payments vs PayPal. My shipping fees are being taken out of my checking account and I would prefer they be charged to my credit card, but have been unsuccessful in finding out how to make that change....
