how can i refund excess shipping with new ebay payments

I want to refund $ back to the buyer for excess shipping charges. How can I do that with the new ebay payment system? The buyer isn't returning the item. They are not requesting a refund, I am doing this as a courtesy to the buyer. Thanks

Hi, does anyone know how the same day shipping works in “My Account”? I don’t do same day shipping but you have to check the days you work and then it requires you to pick times for same day shipping…if payment is received by, you will ship same day....
