On the top right hand side of the webpage it says "Sell" "My Ebay", has the notification Bell symbol, or the shopping cart symbol. I just click on Sell. I don't use any Sell Similar, even if it pops up when I enter my title.

Nope, I o my use my computer to list. I just checked my other IS. I have the duration option still there. But this ID is pretty new, wonder if that's making a difference. Here is a screenshot of what I'm seeing. Sorry it's sideways.
