No, it is still not working for me. At least I know it is not just me that has the problem. I am unsure if Ebay support know about this problem or if there is a way to contact them about it except through premium (paid) support?

I have noticed today that the Sold Items search with quote symbols seems to be working again, for me at least. Maybe it was just a glitch in the end?
