When printing labels I do not want to print the bottom half (Online label record). It is a waste of paper. I just want to print only the label. How do I do that???

When printing label I only want to print the label and not the other half that has instructions and online label record.

Customers contact me and say that shipping is so high, I do not want expedient shipping. I never pressed expedient shipping I use priority mail. How come on its own it goes to expedient shipping?
