eBay Is asking me to ship back a counterfeit watch back to the seller in India from the USA , is this illegal ?

I can’t print a label for an Australian shipment , i anybody else having a problem ? Also I haven’t been able to print packing slips and order receipts for two weeks , is anybody else having a problem with that ?

I think when one of these people in the call center can not look at a script and figure out a problem they say they are going to transfer you to someone and put you on hold
