Hi! I finally achieved Top Rated PLUS after my evaluation on the 22nd.
The badge was there. I even took a partial screenshot to post to my
page. Today it's gone. Yesterday I listed a bunch of stuff using the
"proper" policies for the PLUS requirement...
I have over 18,000 points that I accumulated over Christmas. I've met

I was trying to use the Father's Day 20% off coupon today when, during
checkout, it appearantly expired. I can guess the answer, but will eBay
honor the coupon if I contact them and ask?
