I have messaged a seller six times in the past three weeks to get information on a lot sale of some ventage equipment, the seller for some reason is / has never replied. Is there anything that ebay could do to prompt a response?

App displaying completed orders

Why is this app displaying closed orders with an "unavailable" status that has been shipped received and feedback left. Any fix????
