I delete notifications but they just keep re appearing. I've tried deleting it on the web browser and phone. The red number of notifications show on the app as well and will not delete so I dont know if I have a new notification. help?

buyer asked to cancel item then told me to not accept the cancellation so I declined and now the buyer cant pay for the item for some reason and I cant cancel it anymore. What can I do?
