Notifications will not delete and keep re appearing

I delete notifications but they just keep re appearing. I've tried deleting it on the web browser and phone. The red number of notifications show on the app as well and will not delete so I dont know if I have a new notification. help?

I do not have enough info here. Are you swiping right to delete the notification? Anyway...

Many mobile app issues can be solved by updating to the latest version of the eBay mobile app. Uninstall the current app. Turn your device off, then back on. Reinstall the eBay mobile app.

@dollybeauty I swipe to delete it on my mobile app and it re appears. I go to notifications on the web browser and click x to delete the notification and it re appears there as well. So its happening on both web browser and app. I re installed the app and didnt do anything still there
