Does eBays new Managed Payment program mean 2 processing fees?? No one

What are eBays extra fees for going to the Managed payment program. I’ve
called them 3 times but the reps. can’t seem to answer any questions
related to the program. Most don’t have a clue what I’m taking about,
just awful.
Check your invoices. Fedex changes what you should’ve paid to a higher
amount on you invoice...ALMOST ALWAYS. They are thieves! I just checked
my May invoice and what was originally $14.50 they changed it to $22 and

Funny how EBay say's they do something about all the Non-Payers that win
bids then you never hear a word from them. Both myself mjg45 and my son
beachfinder19 have blocked the same non-payers. I'm sure this is not a

did, you should get the shipping price quoted, or at least, somewhere

I put exact dimensions in before I paid and printed the label. If you
put the exact wt. & dimension in you should pay what quoted. Why would
it change if everything I put in was exactly correct? Theives!
