UPDATE: Still no refund on this overcharge, don't know about others, but
I cannot afford to lose this much money. I see that the complaints
continue to come in for overcharges by Fedex. I will continue to pursue
this, and continue to post here in hop...

Ebay customer svc is useless. I sold a small art print and shipped FedEx
thry Ebay. Package was 18x14x1, weight 1.2 pounds. At some point Fedex
has scanned incorrectly stating package was 54x39x3, weight 1.2 pounds,
and is charging dimensional weight...
Have to agree with you on that, only use USPS, Ebay absolutely will not
do anything for you when overcharged by FedEx. I shipped a parcel with
Fedex that was 18" x 14" x 1" some time ago, the EBay estimated was
$13.80; charge came in on monthly state...
LOL, don't hold your breath is an understatement.I was overcharged $128+
by FedEx in September and am still getting the run around from EBay.Even
managed to contact FedEx who issued a "good faith" refund of $90, better

Oh, believe me, I will not use them again. The issue here is the
overcharge that is unrecoverable, and I am not the only one with this

I agree, Fedex should be banned as long as they continue to cheat
sellers out of money and have a high rate of damaged or lost parcels.
Ebay, as usual, must see otherwise, now happily offering Fedex with
lower rates. Guess Fedex can discount as long ...
So even with clear cut facts on the issue, EBay stands with Fedex, on
this case and apparently many, many others. And not only do you stand
with them, you are now encouraging the use of this company. Have you
even looked at all the complaints on this...
