I doesn't matter who is who in my scenario or who the payment processor
is. Nobody, anywhere, marks up the sales tax they charge by 12.55% and
then pockets that markup as a fee for using their service. I would be

It should be illegal for eBay to make a profit (or markup) sales tax.
Maybe it is illegal. No other online or brick and mortal retailer does
this. If you buy something at Walmart or Target for $100 and sales tax
is $10, Walmart or Target charges you ...
Yes, but we are not paying just the payment processing fee % on entire
amount collected from the buyer (as is the case with your credit card at
Walmart or Target example), we are paying that (2.55% or whatever it is
considered to be) PLUS eBay final ...
Having the same issue. Tried phone, tablet, and PC, different browsers
and different eBay IDs. Cleared all cache and cookies. Same result.
Unable to delete anything from my "All List", it just keeps growing in
size and no longer has the same items on...
Same, except mine stopped coming last year some time. Used to get dozens
every day. Now, nothing. Probably been spending 10x less per month on
eBay because of it. GG eBay.
