Ebay says are entitled to a refund for the price + shipping, not a replacement.

Did you return it to the address on the package or the address ebay gave you when you filed the dispute?Did you return it with online tracking?

If you approached the seller with the attitude you show in your opening post, he was totally justified in blocking you.

The only thing the seller hurt by blocking you were your feelings. And so what if the seller posted your name to a blocked buyers list? You came here and tried the same thing.
