QuickBooks integration not for QuickBooks self employed?

I'm seeing its only available if you have a QuickBooks "online" subscription. Why is that different than QuickBooks self employed? And why wouldn't eBay make it available for people with the self employed subscription? Makes no sense.

I haven't gotten charged for Fedex shipping in about a month.

They just aren't showing up on my invoice anymore. Pretty much ever since managed payments started. I'm now going to owe probably 1500 all at once instead of 3-400 a week. How do I resolve this?
