Quick question here I accdently ship the wrong item out to a buyer and
they have already received the item. So I was wondering if the buyer can
write refuse on the shipping label and than request a pick up from the
usps website for a return package.
This morning I print off two shipping label that's supposed to be sended
out to two different buyer. One of the package is a media mail (26) oz
and the other one is a first class mail (9oz). I don't know whether I
did or not but I swear I accidently ...
So I ship off a international order about 2 months ago and I check the
tracking and the item is in customs clearence and have been like this
for over a month now and I have try to contacted the buyer multiple time
but he or she still haven't responde...
I was wondering if usps first class package also count first class
letter as part of its service. The last time I request a pick up for
first class package and they charged the buyer with shipping fee.
