Buyer left positive negative feedback and is now sending me messages every other day. He knows how to bypass eBay's system for reporting. How do I report when I cannot report?

I was listing fine then started getting this. I go to preferences and there is no Zip code listed. I put in a zip code press done and it takes me to the next screen. I can watch it refresh and remove the zip code.
