Access was denied today when I tried to open my main TL account - over 5,000 listings.I was able to open my 2nd TL account.When I went back to the main acct - discovered ALL 5,000 listings were gone!!So now access denied & listings gone on main acct....

Hi. I also had the same problem today. I couldn't sign in & then all my listings (appx 5,000) disappeared.I contacted Ebay and rep told me to try backdating my computer clock by a about a year. That sort of worked...but really just a small band-aid. ...

Update.....I received a Customer Support email from Ebay & was told to try changing the date on my computer clock by about a year. That worked, sort of, & I was able to access some of the listings but basically it's just a band-aid on the bigger issu...
