False policy violations reports against me

It is almost impossible to talk to a human about my problem because it doesn't fit into the neat boxes eBay has created for AI's logic. An eBay member is filing FALSE, FRAUDULENT VERO REPORTS against me! She has gone nuts--she is up to 44 items today...

messages/emails not working

on hold for an hour

i need help from an ebay person about returns. i am the seller. i have been on hold for an hour and cannot get the 'call me' option to light up, although it IS during regular business hours on a wednesday. the music loop is driving me crazy. help!bet...
