How do buyers buy and not pay.. and then ask the seller for an invoice. I don't know how they do this, and I would like to tell my buyers.... it all has to do with shipping. they are going to be charged $26 dollars for the 4 items and I can ship them...

I heard that ebay will credit us $$ on ebay shipping supplies? If so how or what do I enter? thanks rick
