Same problem here, had Express Payout option on my last transaction, now
it is no longer available. Called customer service they said it will be
available once the item has been delivered. Makes absolutely no sense.
I thought eBay used to give buyers 48hrs to make a payment, curious why
that was extended to 4 days? I got a buyer waiting out to the 4th day
