I have a customer that wants to by a used motorcycle part off of me. When they go to checkout it says that I do not ship to Australia, but I do not have anything on my exclusion list.

So my question is.. how is final value fee figured? I sold 2 items that were exactly the same. and got charged 2 different final value fees. 1 of them is significantly higher then the other. and I'm just confused.any input would be appreciated
