Bidder asked to cancel bit after AUCTION ended...I was hesitant to do so,but I did not wanna open unpaid case and then they pay it and claim they didn' receive it or unhappy with it and have to deal with all that. So I honered his request and cancelled it and then he left me negative feedback after I cancelled and blocked him.. said I was very unprofessional. How can buyer leave feedback for an item that was cancelled?

Yes, when you cancel a sale, a buyer can still leave feedback ... so, it is best to act professional in cancelling the sale and create a no-hassle end to the transaction.
Oh, and it is also important to be professional in the feedback that you may leave for buyers. If you are going to leave feedback, make sure to only leave positive comments. To leave negative comments is against eBay policy. If you have a problem with a buyer, the course of action is to NOT leave negative feedback comments, but rather to report the buyer to eBay.

I thought the automatic removal happened only if an unpaid item case was resolved in the seller's favor. But, you are saying it is for any uncompleted transaction?

Did you leave the negative comment for the buyer before or after he asked you to cancel?
Before or after he left negative feedback for you?

Without knowing why this buyer is saying you were unprofessional when your side of the story merely claims you did as they asked, it's difficult to offer advice.
Ebay allows feedback for cancellations but will review for improper bad feedback when the buyer requested the cancellation...but given the feedback violations you have committed, I'm not sure what they might do in your case.

Call eBay. They should remove it. My last negative said GOOD. I let it ride. Any buyer who bases their opinion on one ridiculous negative versus 5000+ positives is a buyer I don't want.

The seller cancelled the transaction so where did you come with the idea that the feedback will be automatically removed in 3 days if no money changes hands?

Wow look at all the bad comments you left for buyers this past month. What's up with that?
And just curious but is there a reason you've left fewer than half as many feedbacks for buyers as you've received from buyers this past month? Do you leave them in batches and are due to leave a batch soon?
Just wondering.
For future, it's a good idea to remember (I can dig up the policy page for you if you are truly unaware that a policy exists) that sellers are not allowed to leave negative comments for buyers in feedback. You are lucky that your last 4 buyers who got negative comments from you don't seem to know this, because as soon as one of them calls eBay to complain, ebay will remove the comment and leave behind the positive rating, and flag the seller account with a policy violation.

If a buyer requests the transaction be cancelled, he cannot leave feedback. You need to call ebay to get it removed. Here is the policy you will want to reference:
https://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/cancel-transaction-process.html
.”..If your buyer cancels a purchase, they can't leave you negative or neutral Feedback or low detailed seller ratings about the transaction....”

I'm wondering if the the reason for the negative FB was in response to the FB the OP left for the buyer (if he left it first) in which case the neg would be justified.
