Hello, I have changed my account to a seller account and now I have 50
listing limits but ebay doesn't allow me to list anything, telling me
that I should request higher selling limits. What might be wrong? Thank

Well actually I just realised it is different from automatic payment
method, but there is no link or anything for me to change the backup
payment method in the business information
