I sold an item, purchased shipping label from eBay and shipped item.
Buyer contact me and reported that USPS demanded her to pay shipping
charge so she refused delivery. I am know that I paid the correct
postage as I have weighed item before shipment...
Item was listed at a certain price without BEST OFFER option and sold at
a lower price. I called eBay and the agent told me that under eBay (new
??) policy if item is not sold for 90 days, price is automatically
reduced and sent to "watcher" and "vie...
The same happened to me again - and again, those items DID NOT have
"best offer" option. I spoke to eBay Leadership team member. She did not
know what has happened but promised to investigate and refund me the
difference in price. I advise everybody ...
So there is no way to find out when item has reached local post office ?
Also, I shipped another item via USPS - much later than the one in
question, and it has ALREADY arrived to the same address, and I have
been kept informed all the way though... ...
