I am trying to find out from a seller why my item has not shipped. The
seller is not responding to messages. I prepaid in July. The item was to
have shipped by 8/3. It is also noted this seller has no items for sale
now. I’m a bit suspicious.
I'm having trouble using the coupon I received today. I have followed
all the instructions, but it will not work. The item is over the amount
of the coupon. There are no other exclusions that I can see. Any help?
I have a coupon which expires today.I can't seem to use it on anything -
it is not being accepted as payment. I don't see anything in the terms &
restrictions for the items I am trying to purchase. Any help?
