I messaged the buyer and asked if they still wanted the item since my
dashboard said awaiting payment. He said he had already paid, so I went
into paypal yo see if I had missed something maybe it was being held?

when they sent me a photo of their supposed p.p transaction showing that
I took their payment, it didn't make sense cause it wasn't my user name
but the beginning of my email?
it's definitely not my business plan, I have no transaction of payment
received, ebay says I need to refund buyer their money that I didn't
receive. buyer says they paid? All that is showing is buyer initiated
transaction. PayPal shows nothing?
