I am old school and would like to download a spreadsheet of my current inventory by store category, i go to the store category hit download and nothing happens, help please!

I'm befuddled that I haven't sold anything in days. I've got likes and am sending out offers. I'm not promoting because I don't v think it helps. but maybe algorithm demands it?
