How do I turn this on or enable this?

Best Offer Not Showing on Summary Page

Best Offer seems to have disappeared from my summary page. Used to be Items I'm Bidding on, Best Offers, Watching and then Purchases. Anyone know how I get them back or is the just temporary eBay glitch?
