Returns keep turning on when I’ve turned them off

I am a private seller and don’t accept returns.  Since this morning when I turn returns off on the app they immediately turn back on again so am currently not able to list anything.  When you edit the listing and then them off they go back on again.

For what it's worth, I ticked on your 4 listings from today and they all show 'No Returns'.

Thanks yes that’s because I did them on my laptop and it’s only the app that has the issue.

Not the only issue either, at the moment still can’t do “sell similar” unless you actually click into the similar item and do it from there.

There really is no such thing as no returns. If you haven't suggest reading the Money Back so you understand what the customers can and will do. No Returns does not mean no refunds, does not prevent buyer from   opening a "not as described" case. eBay treats all sellers the same, private or business are pretty much the same to them.

I’ve been using eBay for over 20 years I fully understand returns and what buyers can do.  This post was to ask about a bug in the app where returns are switching themselves back on when I have turned them off.
